This 2.1 million sq ft development features over 70 retail shops and restaurants, a Westin Hotel, a 14 screen Monaco Pictures, a 6 story office building and a 10 acre lake.
Wells & Tate installed all of the infrastructure for the entire site, including electric, phone, and data utilities. This project also included installation of over 400 parking and street light poles. Power and fiber optic feeds from outdoor switchboards to each of the 20 buildings are networked across the site.
